What is the best way to contact someone?

Should you have any queries in regards to considering to buy or gifts that you have already bought, please do not hesitate to contact Chloe@boxsizedhugs.co.uk, we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (9-5pm) x

Can I send two boxes to two (or more) different addresses?

This is very possible. Unfortunately you will have to do each order individually as we want to make the boxes are personal as possible and we are unable to process two shipping addresses in one order. If you have any questions please email chloe@boxsizedhugs.co.uk and we can help you with this.

Where do I add my personalised message?

When you have selected the box that you would like, add it to your cart, once you're in the cart page on the bottom left there is an options to add a note, please write your special message in this box, which we will then handwrite for you.


What if my order is late or delayed?

If you have ordered from us and have not received your order after 10 - 14 working days and haven't received an email from us, (please check thoroughly in junk, spam etc). Please first check your local Royal Mail depot, as it may have been taken there and you haven't been notified. If you have followed those steps please do not hesitate to email chloe@boxsizedhugs.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve your issues within 24 hours. If you do not check the Royal Mail Depot and we receive your order back, due to non-collection, there will be an additional postage charge to send your order back out to you..
