Celebrating World Wellbeing Week
Happy World Wellbeing Week! We’ve got a lot planned for this week and can’t wait to share it all with you. Here is a sneak preview of what is lined up:
1) It’s Competition Time! All week on our Twitter page we are giving three lucky people the chance to win their very own Pick Me Up box. Simply follow @box_hugs and retweet our competition post before midnight on Friday 26th June to be entered into the free prize draw. Three winners will be selected by random and announced on Saturday 27th June – good luck!
2) Yoga & Mental Health - Yoga has long been linked with reducing the stresses of life and our Director Chloe Rann explores this further in her latest blog, with a look at three great ways the art of yoga can benefit your mental health.
3) Mind UK - At Box Sized Hugs we are proud to donate 20% of all ongoing profits to Mind UK, who provide valuable support to those struggling with their mental health. Later in the week we’ll be sharing more information on our blogs page about the incredible work this charity provides.
4) Office Wellbeing - As many begin to go back to office life, hosting an Office Wellbeing Day is a great way to bring everyone together! Follow us on Pinterest where we’ll be sharing some ideas for creating your own socially distanced wellbeing event.
